Ex Dancer's class (Intermediate to advanced level)
This class is a one hour class for anyone over 18 years of age who danced at a competitive level and still want to keep up their skills.
Stretch and Sweat (All skill and fitness levels welcome)
Our one hour S&S class is designed to be a full body work out. Starting with warm up and stretching and moving onto dance conditioning and across the floor exercises. Ideal for current PPHQ dance mums and friends!
